Introduction to Chisel
The hydraulic breaker chisel is a specialized tool (special accessory) installed on hydraulic breakers. It utilizes the impact energy generated by the breaker’s piston to transmit the energy to the material being broken through the chisel’s striking, causing the material to crack and fracture.
The chisel serves as the medium for energy transfer and is subject to impact forces from the piston, counterforces from the material being broken, and various physical forces generated during operation. As a result, chisels are classified as wear-and-tear parts or consumables, leading to a significant market demand.

What Differs Us from the Others?
The factory uses ultra-durable materials, doubling chisel lifespan.
The factory utilizes a new generation of ultra-wear-resistant materials specifically for chisels, resulting in a service life more than twice that of the previous generation products.
Currently, chisel materials include two national standard grades of alloy steel, 40Cr and 42CrMoA, as well as the new generation of ultra-wear-resistant materials specifically for chisels, TSG46A and TSG48A, available for customers to choose from.
Chisels made from TSG46A material offer a service life exceeding 42CrMoA by more than 50%, with stability more than doubled.
Chisels made from TSG48A material provide a service life exceeding 42CrMoA by over 100%, with stability more than tripled.
Segmented Heat Treatment Technology has been adopted.

It is China's only hydraulic breaker chisel maker using CNC vacuum gas quenching.
Currently, it is the only specialized manufacturer in China’s hydraulic breaker chisel production industry that uses a new CNC vacuum high- pressure gas quenching furnace for chisel production.
The new CNC vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is a highly advanced vacuum heat treatment device. It offers excellent uniformity and controllability of heat treatment temperatures.
After heat treatment, the workpiece surface is free of oxidation scales and has high smoothness. The internal crystal structure is evenly distributed, resulting in a low rate of distortion and fracture.
